The Clothing Closet supports a vulnerable population through dignity and compassion. While volunteers will typically serve when the shelter is not open to guests, please remember that you are serving within a trauma-informed ministry context. All volunteers are expected to uphold confidentiality, safety, and respect at all times.

BLOC Louisville and SOS cannot be held responsible for the actions or personal circumstances of individual guests. Volunteers should always refer concerns or safety questions to staff.
