SOS serves women who may be navigating complex and vulnerable circumstances. Volunteers may encounter guests in varying states of emotional or physical distress. While we strive to maintain a safe and supportive environment, BLOC Louisville and SOS cannot be held responsible for the actions, behaviors, or personal circumstances of individual guests. Volunteers are expected to maintain appropriate boundaries and to seek staff support whenever concerns arise.
